Approval Systems has had comprehensive experience with the extremely specialised fields of Aged Care and Health Care facilities: both as the permit issuing body under the Building Act and as auditors under the Department of Human Services Guidelines. Having experience in the both these areas provides us with an invaluable understanding of all aspects of this most demanding sector.

Approval Systems is accredited by the DHS Fire Risk Management Unit allowing Approval Systems to act as the project building surveyor and fire safety auditor on DHS facilities.
