The addition of five storeys on top of the existing five level building and the refurbishment of the existing two storey shopping centre. The building will contain 10 storeys including a discount department store at basement level, major supermarket and specialty retail on ground floor, offices at first floor, car park on the fourth & fifth floor and five levels containing approximately 240 apartments.
Due to existing building constraints, the design included features that were based on BCA performance requirements and were the subject of fire engineering assessment. Due for completion June 2014.
